Summary: The Urban Education Leaders Internship Program (UELIP) allows Associates to experience the unique and exciting work of managing an urban school district. Working with Central Office teams to support district-wide initiatives, UELIP Associates participate in mission-critical projects that aim to close the achievement gap in urban education. By levying the foremost ideas and strategies in addressing systemic urban education challenges through an equity lens, UELIP Associates make real and lasting progress in DC Public Schools and their own careers.
