Roles & Responsibilities:
Participants:

Current DCPS teacher with two (2) years of DCPS teaching experience

Commitment to flexibility in pursuit of DCPS vision, core values, and strategic priorities.

Supports DCPS for 4 weeks over the summer by working 30-35 hours per week on project(s) identified by a Central Office supervisor to support mission-critical initiatives across DCPS.

Contributes innovative and content-based ideas to their assigned project in support of equity-based urban education.

Participates in team events, training, and meetings as appropriate.
