Current DCPS teachers and staff who aspire to lead in our schools as an Assistant Principal are supported through a variety of offerings tailored to each individual's interests and leadership development needs. Through these opportunities aspiring APs receive targeted support in key aspects of school leadership, identify their strengths and areas for growth, and reflect independently and collaboratively with other aspiring leaders. Aspiring leaders will be supported through every step as they begin to discover and articulate their personal leadership vision.
