RISE Career Ladder Stipends

RISE Career Ladder Stipends can be used to support any PD or new initiatives meant to advance the growth and development of educators at any level. Previously, stipends have been directed toward New Teacher Advisor selection, building micro credentials, and reviving the Teachers Central to Leadership program. • Must share project’s direct impact on RISE Schools

  • Must give high rank preference to Advanced+ RISE educators

  • Can be used for internal or external PD, but not for contracting vendors

Payment Information

  • Stipends will be paid in $1,250 increments, the maximum amount is $5,000

  • Individuals should complete ~125 hours of work to receive a $5,000 stipend, which aligns with the $40/hour WTU rate for admin premium

  • Priority Deadline: September 24, 2021

  • Final Deadline: December 10, 2021
